WHY
New ways of working start with new ways of thinking. During this complimentary session, we will explore the Thinking Styles model. You will discover how to bring greater consciousness to your thinking, and how thinking itself can be a currency for collaboration.
During the session we will explore the eight thinking styles and the appropriate context for each. You will also learn how to use Thinking Styles to create greater cognitive diversity and more productive collaboration on your teams.

WHAT
You can learn more about Thinking Styles in these two articles from Harvard Business Review for individuals and teams or this short animation.
Before the session, complete this five-minute assessment to identify your own preferred Thinking Style.
WHO
The session will be led by Jennifer Crews, Chief Ecosystem Officer at Shift Thinking. Her focus is building networks of leaders who think differently to achieve exponential results.
Jennifer has led multi-million dollar projects and businesses for companies including Lucent Technologies and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). Jennifer holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from Lafayette College.
When she isn’t helping business leaders adopt new mindsets, Jennifer is focused on making the world better for women and children. She is a mastermind group facilitator for Chief, a membership organization for women executives.
